Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read our return policy carefully before proceeding with your return:

Return Eligibility:

You may return an item within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
 

Return Process:

1. Submit a return request

     1. Log in to your account

          1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

          2. In your email account, copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

          3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

     2. Click the order that you want to submit the return request for.

     3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

     4. Select a return reason and add a note.

     5. Click Request return.

2. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

3. Pack the item(s) securely, include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

     1. If the item is in its original condition and packaging, a refund will be issued for 100% of the item's net purchase price.

     2. If the item is not in its original condition and packaging, you have two options:

          1. Accept a partial refund.

          2. Choose to have the item returned to you at your own expense.

5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

 

Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Customized or personalized items

- Items marked as "Final Sale"

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

 

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy.
